D series—basic industrial dust collector

       D series is the basic structure of filter cartridge filtration, with a small footprint, suitable for dust floating places, specially designed for the purification of floating dust at the station. Widely used in lithium battery slitting machine, composite material cutting dust removal, PCB substrate separation machine supporting dust removal and other places where floating dust is generated.

           In terms of electrical systems, the main electronic control components are from internationally renowned brands-French Schneider products. The motor realizes independent control of the electrical box, built-in power sequence switch, thermal overload protection, phase loss, reverse phase and other phase sequence protection. The control panel is simple and generous, which can easily realize remote control, linkage control and other functions.

            D series dust collector requires manual dust cleaning operation. In order to avoid manual cleaning of the outer surface of the filter cartridge, which will cause dust to splash and form secondary pollution, we have a dust cleaning door on the back of the machine. Open the door and blow the inside of the filter cartridge with an air gun. The surface can be cleaned of dust.

            Installation of industrial casters is simple and convenient. The wheels are made of top-grade polyurethane (PU), and the bracket uses 2.5mm pickling plates to increase the reinforcement. Each 4 inch caster can carry 150kg.
