DJ Series—Basic Industrial Dust Collector

           In terms of power system, the three-phase 380V voltage adopts Siemens three-phase asynchronous motor, which is equipped with special custom aluminum alloy impeller. The design combines negative pressure and flow perfectly. It has stable operation, low failure rate and low noise, and can work continuously for 24 hours.

           For the filtration system, a cartridge filter is used, and the Japanese Toray polyester fiber substrate is used. The standard configuration is polyester oil-proof and water-proof material, which can filter the dust with an equivalent diameter of 3 micrometers and more than 99%, and a filter cartridge material with higher filtering accuracy can be selected.

            Installation of industrial casters is simple and convenient. The wheels are made of top-grade polyurethane (PU), and the bracket is made of 2.5mm pickling plate to increase the reinforcement. Each 2 inch caster can carry 50kg.
