HS Series—Electronic Solder Fume Purifier

        HS series products are beautiful, safe, and quiet. Purifiers designed for solder smoke and laser marking soot are equipped with brushless electric motors, steel shells, independent switch control, and are equipped with integrated primary, middle and high-efficiency activated carbon Filter to effectively filter oily soot and eliminate odor. It is a small equipment with super cost-effective processing of electronic soldering, laser marking, and engraving of non-metallic materials.

♦ Brushless fan, low noise operation

           The power system uses a single-phase brushless motor with strong suction power, convenient 220V power supply, and stepless speed regulation.

           One of the biggest advantages of brushless fans is the low noise operation, the machine runs smoothly and the noise is low. Through our special design, the wind pressure and volume parameters are maintained at a high level, and the maximum negative pressure can reach 10kpa.

           The alloy material wind wheel, the unique dynamic balance correction technology, makes the wind wheel run more smoothly and reliably, and the suction capacity is larger.

♦ Control circuit, safe and reliable

           The electrical system adopts an advanced modular circuit board specially designed by our company, which can realize the PWM stepless speed regulation function. Imported brands and materials are used for key components to fully guarantee the safety and reliability of operation.

           In addition, there is an audible alarm function when a filter clogging is detected. Remind the user to clean up the dust or replace the filter.

♦ Complete filtration and purification

           The filtration system uses four stages of purification. Modular design, layer by layer protection. The primary, intermediate and high-efficiency activated carbon can be replaced individually, the filter element has a longer service life and a lower cost.

           Filter layer by layer to ensure that harmful soot is purified more thoroughly. The purification rate of smoke with an equivalent diameter of 0.3 microns is as high as 99.9%.

           The activated carbon filter with catalyst can adsorb and purify various odors and toxic and harmful substances in the air.

            The suction system is equipped with a 1.4-meter universal smoking arm, which can be changed in direction and positioning at random (the length can be adjusted according to customer requirements without external force support).

            Adopting a square smoking hood, the shape conforms to the aerodynamic principle, the smoking area is larger and the efficiency is higher.
