PM3 series—single-phase enhanced industrial vacuum cleaner

        PM3B series products are characterized by large suction power, bag filtering, and manual dust vibration. ♦ Efficient filtering and refusing to penetrate the dust

           The PM3B model uses a PTFE-coated star-shaped bag filter, which has a filtering accuracy of more than 99% for particles larger than 1 μm. Compared with commercial vacuum cleaners, the filtering accuracy is higher, which prevents fine dust from entering the motor through the bag and causing the motor to burn phenomenon. The base material is polyester fiber needle felt, and special conditions can be customized for antistatic, flame retardant, high temperature, acid and alkali resistant materials.

♦ Dust vibration system, efficient and reliable

            After working for a period of time, there is a certain amount of dust particles on the surface of the bag filter. If it is not cleaned in time, it will affect the suction effect, and even cause the suction port to be blocked and the motor will be burned. Simply swing this dust cleaning rod up or down to make the dust particles adhered to the upper part of the cloth bag fall to the lower dust collecting bucket.

            The separation structure of the upper and lower buckets is the standard configuration of the machine. The biggest convenience for the user is the convenience of dust removal. When cleaning the dust, you only need to lift the pressure bar, and the dust bucket will naturally fall to the ground. The dust bucket dumps the dust, and then presses the lever after completion.

            The negative pressure gauge is a standard configuration component of the whole machine. It is customized by Puhua for industrial vacuum cleaners. Green, blue, and red correspond to the internal negative pressure of the machine in each power segment. The pointer points to the red area to indicate that the filter needs to be cleaned or replaced.

            Industrial casters are the standard accessories of this machine. No additional purchase is required, and installation is simple and convenient. The wheels are made of top-grade polyurethane (PU), and the bracket uses 2.5mm pickling plates to increase the reinforcement. Each 4 inch caster can carry 150kg.
