PM3 series—single-phase enhanced industrial vacuum cleaner

      M3E series products are characterized by large suction power, filter cartridge filtration, and electric dust vibration. Compared with other commercial vacuum cleaners, the suction power is higher, the noise is lower, the filtering accuracy is higher, and the degree of automation of the cleaning method is higher. ♦ Efficient filtration and rejection of dust

          The PM3E model uses a PTFE polyester fiber filter cartridge, which has a filtration accuracy of more than 99% for particles larger than 0.3 μm. The substrate is made of polyester fiber needle felt imported from Japan. Special conditions can be customized. Oil and water resistant materials.

♦ Dust vibration system, efficient and reliable

           The rotary dust cleaning adopts electric dust cleaning mode. The operator only needs to press the dust cleaning button, and the built-in dust cleaning motor will automatically run for dust cleaning, and the large particles of dust adhering to the surface of the filter cartridge can be cleaned.

♦ Separation of upper and lower buckets, convenient garbage cleaning

           The separation structure of the upper and lower buckets is the standard configuration of the machine. The biggest convenience for the user is the convenience of dust removal. When cleaning the dust, you only need to lift the pressure bar, and the dust bucket will naturally fall to the ground. The dust bucket dumps the dust, and then presses the lever after completion.

           The negative pressure gauge is a standard configuration component of the whole machine. It is customized by Puhua for industrial vacuum cleaners. Green, blue, and red correspond to the internal negative pressure of the machine in each power segment. The pointer points to the red area to indicate that the filter needs to be cleaned or replaced.

           Installation of industrial casters is simple and convenient. The wheels are made of top-grade polyurethane (PU), and the bracket is made of 2.5mm pickling plate to increase the reinforcement. Each 2 inch caster can carry 50kg.
